Lára Arnarsdóttir

Blue Lagoon by Lára Margrét Arnarsdóttir is a visual and sensory map of my visit to The Blue Lagoon in Iceland. On the trip I documented the depth and temperature of the water using a thermometer, measuring tape and my phone to help me record my senses. With my measuring tools I walked around the lagoon and collected data at sixty-two different locations around the area. This publication contains a 3D printed depth map, acrylic layers of the surrounding area of the water and of a temperature map, and a brochure with the history of the location as well as any details on the data collection used in the creation of this work.
